• Check-in time 2:00 pm / Check-out time 12:00 Noon (local time).

• Early Check-in and Late Check-out:

1. An extra charge is required for early check-in before 12:00 at noon (subject to room availability). If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access.
2. An extra charge half-day rate is applied for late check-out before 6:00 pm and full daily rate after 6:00 pm if the room is available.  Similarly, we recommend reserving an additional night.  If you choose not, we are pleased to store your luggage in our storage room FREE of charge.

• Extra-person Charge ：

Our room rates are for 2 guests per room, except standard single room
(1 guest/room) and grand deluxe double room (4 guests/room). An extra-person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number (limited to only 1 additional guest/room with an extra charge of THB 500/guest  sharing the same bed). We require prior notification if you will have additional person staying in the room. No guests beyond the stated occupancy will be allowed.

1. Each additional guest (above 8 years old) is charged for THB 500 per night.​ (sharing same bed/no extra bed provided)
2. A child under 8 years old can stay FREE of charge on the same existing bed.

** Cancellation Policy: A cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night charge.  Failure to arrive or “NO-SHOW” will be treated as a late cancellation.  This will incur 1 night cancellation fee.
